EA (Energy Audit)
A detailed assessment of a building’s energy performance and operation, including recommended energy-saving measures.
ES (Energy Study)
A concise feasibility-style overview of energy options and possible measures for a specific building or area.

Across several buildings with different operational needs, we carried out the mandatory inspections of heating systems and combined heating–ventilation systems in accordance with Decree No. 38/2022 Coll. We looked beyond a basic checklist and assessed what drives real performance: heat sources, control settings, operating modes, and indoor comfort — highlighting opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability.

estimated efficiency gain achievable through system tuning and targeted control upgrades.
The inspections showed where the systems were falling short — mainly due to control and operational issues, such as unsuitable temperature setpoints or missing control elements. The result is a set of practical technical and operational recommendations that reduce running costs and deliver stable, comfortable indoor conditions.

The final inspection reports do more than satisfy legal requirements. They give facility teams a practical roadmap for maintenance and modernisation — what to fix first, what to optimise, and where upgrades will have the biggest impact. All recommendations were tailored to the real operating conditions of each building.
