Lead and coordinate building construction projects (low-rise / above-ground buildings)
Set up the project structure and coordinate delivery across all design stages: concept study, permitting, contractor selection, and detailed execution design
Take responsibility for the technical solution and agreed deadlines
Collaborate with architects, clients, subcontractors and investors
Attend site coordination meetings; provide author’s supervision during construction when the project is in delivery
Prepare the building-design part of the project documentation and delegate selected tasks to other team members across all stages
Collect and prepare inputs for specialist disciplinesajištění a příprava podkladů pro profese
Coordinate architectural/building design with specialist disciplines (transport and technical infrastructure included)
Provide engineering/permitting support for smaller projects; cooperate with external permitting partners on larger projects (an advantage, not a requirement)
What we're looking for
Secondary school or university degree in civil engineering (building construction) or architecture
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Strong PC skills (MS Office)
CAD skills (AutoCAD or similar; Revit or Archicad is a plus)
Experience preparing and coordinating project documentation across all phases
Good knowledge of technical standards, legislation and regulations (Building Act, Prague Building Regulations, etc.)
Proactive, responsible approach to problem-solving

Design technical building systems and develop engineering solutions
Prepare MEP project documentation (at least one discipline: heating & cooling, ventilation, or plumbing)
Produce documentation across all design stages: concept study, permitting, contractor selection, and detailed execution design
Provide technical support for the permitting/engineering process
Coordinate and agree utility connection approaches with network providers
Coordinate with other disciplines and define requirements for their inputs
Support overall project delivery: track scope, gather inputs from other disciplines, monitor schedules, record design changes, and prepare materials for the project lead and/or permitting partners
Prepare bills of quantities
What we're looking for
Secondary school or university degree in construction/mechanical engineering with a focus on building services (MEP)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Strong PC skills (MS Office)
CAD skills (AutoCAD/Cadkon or similar; Revit or Archicad is a plus)
Cost estimating in KROS is an advantage, not a requirement
