We reduce energy demand and strengthen long-term value — from buildings to city-wide plans.
From EPCs and energy audits to NZÚ, SECAP and LCC, we turn requirements into cost-saving solutions.

We bring architecture, engineering, and economics together into one cohesive whole. From the first concept through budget control and technical supervision — integrated, efficient, and sustainable.

We assess heat vulnerability and design solutions for healthier urban climates. We help create public spaces that are climate-resilient — and comfortable for everyday life.
Climate-resilient cities
Českobrodská Primary School (ZŠ Českobrodská) has been upgraded into a modern passive-standard, carbon-positive school building, with a strong focus on healthy indoor conditions and smart technologies. Automated control of heating, shading and ventilation sets the right environment even before students arrive. The school now serves not only for education, but also as a practical, real-world example of sustainable operation.
For the town of Břidličná and neighbouring municipalities, we prepared a Local Energy Concept (MEK) — a practical strategy to address rising energy prices, reduce reliance on fossil fuels, and support long-term energy savings. The document sets out specific measures that are realistic and implementable at the local level.
Across several buildings with different operational needs, we carried out the mandatory inspections of heating systems and combined heating–ventilation systems in accordance with Decree No. 38/2022 Coll. We looked beyond a basic checklist and assessed what drives real performance: heat sources, control settings, operating modes, and indoor comfort — highlighting opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability.
For Tesco (Czech Republic), we carried out a large-scale energy audit in line with Act No. 406/2000 Coll., covering dozens of locations nationwide. The audit assessed real energy use and identified savings potential across heating, cooling, lighting and other building technologies. The outcome was a clear package of measures designed to reduce both operating costs and carbon dioxide emissions.
This project focuses on life cycle costing (LCC) for several buildings within the airport complex. The goal was to test and compare multiple upgrade scenarios for both building envelope elements and building systems — not just on upfront cost, but on the full long-term balance of investment and operating costs across the entire service life. The result is a robust, decision-ready basis for reconstruction planning, reflecting real technical options, expected component lifetimes, and user comfort — so the preferred solution performs on paper and in day-to-day operation.
We carried out a comprehensive energy audit across a representative set of the company’s operations — from EuroOil service stations and fuel storage facilities to technologically demanding pipeline infrastructure. The scope covered diverse asset types and operating regimes, providing a solid basis for identifying savings opportunities and prioritising upgrades across the network.
